MENU #1: CHICKEN AND PREMIUM PORK RIB DINNERS
Chicken and two premium pork ribs slowly cooked over a bed of charcoal and wood fire and marinated in our own special sauce.

MENU #2: CHICKEN AND SLICED PORK OR BEEF DINNERS
Chicken and sliced pork or beef slowly cooked over a bed of charcoal and wood fire and marinated in our own special sauce.

MENU #3: CHICKEN AND BBQ PORK OR BEEF SANDWICH DINNERS
Chicken and Bar-B-Que Chopped pork or beef slowly cooked over a bed of charcoal and wood fire and marinated in our own special sauce. The sandwich is served on a fresh sesame seed roll.

MENU #4: HAMBURGER AND HOT DOG PLATTER
Our One-Third "Black Angus" sirloin hamburger served on a sesame seed roll.
- One "All Beef" hot dog served on a freshly baked bun.
- Both items served with a complete condiment bar including:
shredded cheese, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, relish, ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise.

MENU #5: 1/4 CHICKEN
One-quarter chicken, slowly cooked over a bed of charcoal and wood fire and marinated in our own special sauce.
