Port-A-Pit Bar-B-Que
This patented "Port-A-Pit" was hand crafted and custom built. You will not find
another machine like this, without the Port-A-Pit name associated with it. The
product is racked and place on a slow moving rotisserie. Each "rack" makes a
rotation and passes through a cylindrical container filled with our very own
secret sauce. It gets basted each time around!

The volume is enormous. During a recent event, one machine produced over
500
quarters of chicken per hour for six straight hours. We have over
five of these
machines. We have not met a function where we could not produce the amount of
food requested. The greatest value is the consistency of the products. Each bite
is the same great taste, beginning to end!
Our mobile kitchens are state-of-the-art. We utilize three kitchens at
Port-A-Pit BBQ. One is at our location in Tampa, Florida and the other two are at your
location, preparing gourmet foods with the finest ingredients. We simply have
put together the finest staff and equipment to ensure the highest quality
catering in Florida.
